  • How did you come up with your brand name?
    It represents exactly who I am! Lizzie is my nickname, short for Elizabeth! Jean is my middle name, passed down from my grandmother! And Company is there to make it sound nice:)
  • When will my order ship?
    On average it takes me 3-5 business days to process+ship out your order! I appreciate your patience and understanding- it is just me working hard to get out your happy things!
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    We do! Although we do charge live USPS rates for international shipping due to it's higher price. We know it can be expensive but I love that you international besties are wanting some LJC gear. Please allow 1-2 months for your international package to arrive at this time. Most orders take 28-40 days. also, custom fees may apply to recieve your item in your country- the customer is responsible for the custom fee!
  • What is the difference between a pre-order and a restock?
    Pre-orders are made to order. And restocks happen with pre-made items. The difference for you, as a costumer is that restock orders will be shipped out more quickly. But both are made with equal amounts of love and care!
  • When will I receive tracking?
    You will receive a tracking email once your order is processed. Once the email goes to you, please wait 1-2 business days in order for the package location to update if you do not see it right away!
  • My order tracking has been stuck/ my package is lost. What do I do next?
    Once we ship out your order, we are no longer able to hep with your lost package! Please reach out to your local USPS, FEDEX,ETC. For more information on your packages location.
  • Can I cancel/ return my order?
    Unfortunately, because I have limited inventory and most things are made to order, I am unable to allow orders to be canceled or returned. I hope you understand, and I really appreciate your support!
  • What do I do if my order arrives with damaged items?
    If an item arrives damaged, please reach out to lizzie@keegans.org with a description and pictures. From there we will evaluate the damage and make a decision to have things taken care of!
  • Do you restock sold out items?
    We may restock certain products, but there is no guarantee that a sold out item will be back! Follow me on instagram @lizziejeanco because I do a lot of polls of what I should restock and make more of!
  • What happens if my package was "returned to sender" due to incorrect address?
    If your order was returned back to me due to an incorrect address, or if your order requires a new address, you will be refunded for your order minus the cost of shipping and up to a % service fee. The refund will be given as a gift card for Lizzie Jean Co.
  • When is the last day to order for my order to be guaranteed to come before christmas?
    The last day to be guaranteed before Christmas is Saturday December 9th. You can still order after that it just may come after Christmas.
  • How can I become an ambassador?
    I don't have an ambassador program at the moment- but I am always looking out for tagged posts you are taking! I have been sending out PR packages to gals and guys that wear our products and shoot that pinterest-y content that we all know and love! So keep tagging me in your pics!
  • What is the sizing of sweatshirts/shirts?
    All T-shirts and sweatshirts are unisex- for an oversized fit I recommend sizing up 1 or 2 sizes depending on how big you want your shirt/sweatshirt. I am 5'6" and 130 lbs and I wear a Large for an oversized look.
  • Are all designs made by you?
    Yes! I hand design and make everything!
  • Why Do I need to pick a shoulder side?
    For all bags with a zipper, you can choose between a left or right shoulder bag. The reason for this is so that everyone can carry the bag with both the zipper and logo facing forward. If you usually prefer to wear a shoulder bag on your left shoulder, you should pick 'left-shoulder'. If you usually prefer to wear a shoulder bag on your right shoulder, you should pick 'right-shoulder'.
  • How can I place a bag order?
    I currently work with pre-orders for hand sewn bags to avoid overstock or waste of materials. Pre-orders are 'restocked' every Wednesday at 12:00pm (est).
  • When will my Pre-Order bag be shipped?
    Pre-orders get processed within 12 business days. The shipping time depends on your location.
